InfoTrack integration
The InfoTrack integration connects your Parachute workspace to your InfoTrack account so you can order searches, certificates, and other disbursement items through Parachute’s AI chat. Tell Parachute what you need - “order a title search on this property”, “run a company search on Smith Pty Ltd” - and it will gather the required details, ask you to confirm, and place the order against your InfoTrack account.
This integration is currently in beta. The set of available searches will expand as we extend coverage.
Billing happens in InfoTrack, not Parachute
Section titled “Billing happens in InfoTrack, not Parachute”This is the most important thing to understand: you are connecting your own InfoTrack account, and every search you order is billed by InfoTrack to that account, just like ordering directly through their portal. Parachute does not charge you for searches, does not mark up disbursements, and does not handle payment for orders. Whatever pricing, disbursement settings, and account terms you have with InfoTrack continue to apply unchanged.
When you place an order through Parachute, the resulting invoice and disbursement entry appear on your InfoTrack account in the normal way.
The integration gives Parachute’s AI access to the InfoTrack search and ordering tools through natural conversation. Common categories include:
- Property searches - title searches, certificates of title, plan searches, dealing searches
- Company and business searches - ASIC company extracts, business name searches, ABN/ACN lookups
- Bankruptcy and insolvency searches - personal and corporate insolvency checks
- Land and conveyancing items - rates and water certificates, planning certificates, and other state-based property certificates
- Other certificates and reports - additional InfoTrack search products available on your account
The exact set of searches available depends on what InfoTrack has enabled for your account.
- Log in to your Parachute account at app.goparachute.ai
- Navigate to Firm settings > Integrations
- Find InfoTrack and click Connect
- You’ll be redirected to InfoTrack to sign in and authorise Parachute
- Sign in with your InfoTrack credentials and approve access
Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation that your InfoTrack account is linked. InfoTrack tools become available automatically in all new threads.
If you don’t have an InfoTrack account, you’ll need to set one up with InfoTrack first - Parachute connects to your existing account, it doesn’t create one for you.

Working from a matter
“Order all the standard searches we need for this conveyancing matter”
“Run a title search on the property in this matter”
When the AI doesn’t have everything it needs (an address, a company name, a jurisdiction), it will ask you for the missing details before placing the order.
Ordering a search is a chargeable action on your InfoTrack account, so Parachute will always show you a summary of what it’s about to order - including the search type, the subject, and any relevant parameters - and ask you to confirm before submitting it.
No order is placed with InfoTrack without your explicit confirmation. Read-only actions like checking what searches are available happen seamlessly with no interruption.
- The integration is in beta - the set of available searches will grow over time
- Charges for searches are billed by InfoTrack to your InfoTrack account; Parachute does not handle payment or invoicing for orders
- Parachute connects to your existing InfoTrack account - you’ll need to set one up with InfoTrack separately if you don’t have one
- The integration requires an active InfoTrack account with the relevant search products enabled
- Only one InfoTrack account can be connected per Parachute organisation
- InfoTrack is currently available for Australian law firms only
