Billing and plans

Manage your Parachute subscription from the account settings. Here’s how to handle common billing tasks.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade:

  1. Navigate to Account > Billing
  2. Review the available plans
  3. Select the plan that fits your needs
  4. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new credit allowance and seat limits apply straight away, with charges prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription, contact us at support@goparachute.ai. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Invoices

You can find and download your invoices from Account > Billing. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing period and after any plan changes.

Enterprise and custom plans

If you need custom seat limits, dedicated support, or specific regulatory requirements, reach out to us at sales@goparachute.ai to discuss enterprise options.
