Supported file types

Parachute accepts a range of file types when you upload files in a thread or forward an email to your inbox address.

Web app - files uploaded directly in a thread via the Parachute interface.
Email - files attached to an email sent to your Parachute inbox address through the email to thread feature.

Tabular review

In tabular review, images in .png, .jpg, .jpeg and .webp formats are accepted and their text is read automatically. TIFF and HEIC images can be uploaded to threads but are not supported in tabular review.
