Expert Verification

Expert verification connects your documents with qualified legal and cybersecurity professionals for human review. When AI-generated or AI-reviewed documents need professional sign-off, expert verification bridges the gap between automation and human judgement.

How it works

  1. Request verification - from any document, click Request Verification and select the category (Legal or Cybersecurity)
  2. Automatic routing - if your firm has a connected law firm, the request routes directly to that firm. Otherwise, it goes to the expert pool where qualified professionals can claim it.
  3. Expert review - the assigned expert reviews your document in a collaborative editor, adding comments, suggestions, and annotations directly in the platform
  4. Real-time collaboration - chat with your expert in real-time through the built-in messaging interface to discuss findings and clarifications
  5. Completion and rating - once the review is complete, rate your experience. Ratings help maintain quality across the expert network.

Cybersecurity verification

  • Information security policy review

Routing logic

Parachute intelligently routes verification requests:

  • Connected law firm - if your business has an active engagement with a law firm on Parachute, all requests automatically route to that firm. This ensures continuity with professionals who understand your business.
  • Expert pool - if no firm engagement exists, requests go to the general pool where verified experts can claim them based on their expertise and availability.

Pricing

Expert verification is pay-per-use, charged per verification request. The cost depends on the complexity and type of document. Pricing details are available in your Parachute dashboard under Account > Billing.

Quality assurance

  • Verified experts - all experts on the platform are verified professionals with relevant qualifications
  • CSAT ratings - after each verification, you rate the experience. Experts with consistently high ratings are prioritised for future requests.
  • Firm accountability - when routed through a law firm, the firm maintains quality standards for their team
