Verification Workflow
When your engaged clients request expert verification on their documents, those requests route directly to your firm. This guide covers the end-to-end workflow for handling verifications.
Your firm’s verification dashboard is organised into three stages:
New verification requests from your engaged clients appear here. Each request shows:
- Client name - which organisation submitted the request
- Document title - the document needing review
- Category - Legal or Cybersecurity
- Submitted date - when the request was made
Any member of your firm can claim an unclaimed verification.
Verifications that have been claimed by a team member. The assigned reviewer is shown alongside the request details. This is where the active review work happens.
Finished verifications with completion dates and client satisfaction ratings (CSAT). Use this to track your firm’s review quality over time.
- Navigate to Verifications > Unclaimed in your sidebar
- Review the request details - client, document type, category
- Click Claim to assign it to yourself
Once claimed, the verification moves to In Progress and you can begin reviewing.
When you open a claimed verification, you enter a collaborative editor with:
The client’s document is displayed in a rich text editor. You can read through the full content, see the document structure, and understand what’s been drafted.
- Comments - add inline comments on specific sections. These are visible to the client in real-time.
- Suggestions - propose specific text changes that the client can accept or reject
- Annotations - highlight areas that need attention with severity indicators
A messaging interface lets you communicate directly with the client:
- Ask clarifying questions about the document’s purpose or context
- Request additional information about their organisation
- Explain your findings and recommendations
- Discuss next steps
The client may have already run Parachute’s automated review before requesting verification. You can see the AI’s findings - flagged issues, severity levels, and suggestions - as a starting point for your own review.
When your review is finished:
- Ensure all your comments and annotations are saved
- Click Complete Verification
- Add any final notes for the client
The client receives a notification that their verification is complete. They can review your comments and annotations directly in their document.
For each completed verification:
- Your firm receives 80% of the verification fee
- Revenue is tracked in your firm dashboard under Revenue
- You can view earnings per client, per team member, and over time
After each verification, clients rate the experience. These CSAT ratings:
- Help you monitor review quality across your team
- Identify team members who may need additional support
- Build your firm’s reputation on the platform
Aim for consistently high ratings - responsive communication and thorough review are the biggest drivers of client satisfaction.
- Inviting Clients - bring more clients onto the platform
- Expert Verification - how verifications work from the client’s perspective
